Who Owns "The Chirilagua" in Alexandria, Virginia?

I'd  bet they wouldn't t like what the City of Alexandria is doing if they learned what was really going on as far as decisionmaking over their property.  The restaurant tax hike to pay for buying two cashiered broken down buses from the Gold Line to ferry people from the King Street Metro to the waterfront  for $800,000 where they will board a ferry boat to the National Harbor development across the Potomac in Maryland?. How the Arlington County Board  across Four Mile Run said it would "opt out" of the Department of Homeland Security's "Secure Communities" program.  How affluent shoppers who venture down to this home of many terror suspects and undocumented workers are harassed if they call the police for protection against criminals. like the ones who mugged an off-duty Fairfax County law officer at an ATM right off Reed Avenue and Mt. Vernon Avenues. How there is no law enforcement, only harassment for citizens who go eat in such places like RT's.  All of that stuff. Well, Google might not like this with its lucrative government contract with the Arlington Police Department but they are being hoisted on their own petard here.
